Instructions: Cut the peel off the oranges, sliced into rounds or half-rounds. Slice radishes. Break up the clump of sprouts into smaller pieces and toss with the oranges and radishes. Let stand for 15 minutes. Drain some of the juice and add the marmalade and vinegar. Toss. Sweeten to taste. Toss with greens if using.
