Instructions: Saute smoked sausage in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until browned. Add onion and next 3 ingredients; saute 2 to 3 minutes.
Add tomatoes and next 3 ingredients. Bring to a boil, and stir in rice; cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Stir in shrimp; cook 3 to 5 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink. This recipe yields 4 servings. Email this Recipe:
