4 x Rainbow Trout (4 oz. each)

1/4 cup Lime Juice
1 tbl Oriental Sesame Oil
----------------- Mayonnaise: ----------------
3 tbl Regular or Light Mayonnaise
5 tsp Green Onions, thinly sliced
1 tsp Ginger peeled & finely minced
1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Marinate trout. Combine mayonnaise ingredients; refrigerate. Cook trout.

Serve immediately with mayonnaise.

Makes 2 to 4 servings.
