1 pkt dry yeast
2 cup Gourmet Blend flour
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
2 tsp xanthan gum
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 tbl sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup seedless raisins
----------------- Wet Ingredients: ----------------
3/4 cup plain yogurt
2 tbl margarine melted
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 x eggs room temperature,
beaten
1 tsp vinegar
7/8 cup warm water
1/4 cup golden raisins
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all dry ingredients. Whisk to mix thoroughly. Transfer to machine. Combine and whisk all liquid ingredients. Transfer to machine. The last 1/2 cup of raisins may be added at the ten beeps. Use the fruit bread setting. This is a very moist dinner bread. If you desire to reduce the moisture and make a larger loaf, increase the flour by 1/2 cup.
