3 tbl	Gluten flour added to enough unbleached flour to equal
1/2 cup	Total
1 tsp	Salt
3 tbl	Brown sugar
1/2 cup	Raisins (could have used a lot more)
2 tsp	Cinnamon

Instructions: Place in bread machine in order recommended by manufacturer and select Light Crust.
