1/2 gal RW Knudsen apple juice, unsweetened and no preservatives (this was the best I could find in my area)
1 can frozen welchs white grape/raspberry juice concentrate
15 oz chopped dole (?) golden raisins
1/2 oz chopped ocean spray craisins ( cranberry raisins)
1/2 cup sugar syrup (2 c sugar 1 c water)
2 tsp tartaric acid
1/4 tsp abscorbic
1/2 tsp pectin
1/8 tsp tannin
2 x campden tablets

Instructions: Blended all and froze hard, thawed to 70 deg F and pitched 10 g EC118 yeast you can sparkle it if you like but Id suggest raising the ta-0.8 and lowering the brix 19
