Instructions: In container of electric blender, combine eggs, sugar, sour cream, spices, salt and 1/2 cup raisins. Blend until almost smooth. Mix in remaining raisins.
Pour into unbaked pie shell, distributing whole raisins evenly. Bake in preheated 400-degree oven 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees; continue to bake about 25 minutes longer, just until center is set. Cool on a rack. Serve warm or chilled, garnished with whipped cream and a sprinkling of cinnamon or nutmeg, if desired. Email this Recipe:
