2 cup	whole wheat bread flour (preferably white wheat)
1 cup	unbleached bread flour
1 tbl	vital wheat gluten
1/2 tbl	nonfat dry milk powder

Instructions:

Instructions: Add 1 cup raisins and 1 tablespoon water at the add-in beep near end of kneading.
