Instructions: Prepare a package of beef or vegetable Ramen. In a seperate pot you mix in one can of tomato soup, with one can of normal milk (not canned). Then you mix in the can of vegetable soup and the other can of milk. As it is warming, add in the spices (dill salt, garlic powder, pepper, and salt). By this time the Ramen should be done, so you mix the 2 together, and enjoy!!!
