Instructions: In a Dutch oven, combine the milk, butter, salad dressing mix, lemon pepper, garlic pepper, garlic salt, Colby, and Monterey Jack cheese. Cook and stir over medium heat until cheese is melted and mixture begins to thicken. Fold in the sour cream. Add cracker crumbs and macaroni. Cook until heated through, stirring frequently. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
