Instructions: Parsley, pickled hot peppers and tomato wedges
Heat olive oil in small skillet. Add vegetables; saute 3 minutes. Add catsup, broth, salt and pepper to taste, and paprika. Reduce heat to low; simmer mixture whole cooking steaks. Slightly flatten steaks. Wipe with a damp cloth; pat dry with a paper towel. Heat cooking oil in heavy skillet over moderately high heat. Saute steaks for 3 minutes on each side; transfer to a warm platter. Top steaks with sauce. Garnish with parsley, tomato wedges, and hot peppers. Makes 4 servings Email this Recipe:
