Instructions: Cook potatoes with garlic clove until tender. Drain and remove garlic.
Mash potatoes with butter (1/4 cup). Blend in yolks, cream, salt, and pepper. Cook mushroooms in 2 T butter - add with parsley to potatoes and mix. Place in a 3 quart casserole oven dish and bake at 375 F for35 minutes. 8 servings. Email this Recipe:
