Instructions: For curry granite: Roast curry paste in olive oil in saute pan. Add rest of curry granite ingredients and let simmer. Strain. Then, freeze mixture in a bowl or small pan, covered with plastic wrap.
For tuna: Slice tuna lengthwise into 4 thin strips. Place 1/2 teaspoon kimchee and 1/2 teaspoon cucumbers on each salmon strip. Roll up. To serve: Rake a fork over granite if its too firm. Scoop a dollop of granite and place on a small plate with a piece of the tuna, and serve. Email this Recipe:
