1 Sieve flour and salt into a bowl stir in sugar 2 Rub in fat until mLxture resembles fine breadcrumbs 3 Beat egg and milk together add to the mixture and mix to a stiff dough 4 Place in small rounds on a greased baking tray 5 Make a hollow in the centre of each bun and place l/2 teaspoon of jam in each 6 Bake in preheated oven servings: 12 buns small oven: 200 degrees C approx 15 minutes PREHEATED middle shelf fan oven: 190 degrees C approx 10-15 minutes PRE HEATED Email this Recipe:
