Instructions: Sift together: flour, baking powder, salt. Add the butter, milk and egg to the flour mixture. Spread in a greased 10 X 15 pan. Spread thinly with raspberry jam (stir jam first to soften). Combine topping ingredients and drop by spoonfuls over surface of jam - then spread to cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool. Cut into squares.
NOTES: Put Plastic wrap over the dough to help push it down until even. Spread jam/jelly carefully!! Drop topping by small teaspoonfuls so it will cover. Email this Recipe:
