Recipe for Raspberry and Mint Daiquiri

200 ml	white rum
200 gm	raspberries pureed
300 ml	cranberry and raspberry juice
4 tbl	cointreau
2 tbl	lime juice
2 tsp	angostura bitters
	fresh mint leaves to decorate

Instructions:

Instructions: Place the ice cubes in martini glasses then pure the other ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Pour over the ice cubes and decorate with fresh mint before serving.

Serves 10
