Instructions: Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil and water in mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Stir in 1 cup coconut and walnuts. Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool in pans on wire racks for 15 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely. Spread Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting between layers and over top and side of cake. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup coconut.
