Instructions: Saute the boudin slices in a little butter until golden.
Place each slice on a square of ravioli. Top each slice with a teaspoon of mushroom duxelles. Cover with the remaining ravioli squares and seal together with a little egg wash. Cook in boiling water for 23 minutes. This is served as a garnish but would make an equally good starter. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
