Instructions: Place squash and water in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on High for about 5 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside. Heat a heavy skillet and toast walnuts in dry skillet for 2-3 minutes. Remove to a small bowl and set aside. Melt butter in the skillet and sauti onions for 2 minutes. Add chopped sage and continue to sauti for another minute. Stir in dried plums. In a large bowl, mix together hot drained ravioli, squash, walnuts and dried plum-sage-onion butter sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Serves: 4 as side dish I have always enjoyed squash ravioli. This original dish combines those flavors without the cumbersome job of making ravioli from scratch. Email this Recipe:
