500 gm ravioli, your choice
30 gm butter
2 x cloves garlic, crushed
125 gm button mushrooms, halved
125 gm green beans, cut into 1cm
lengths
125 gm cherry tomatoes, quartered
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Cook ravioli in boiling water in a large saucepan following packet directions. Drain, set aside and keep warm.

2. Melt butter in a large frying pan. Cook garlic and mushrooms for 2 to 3 minutes. Add beans and tomatoes, season to taste with black pepper.

Cook for 2 minutes longer.

3. Add ravioli and parmesan cheese to pan and toss to combine. Serve immediately with crusty bread.
