Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together & add to sugar mixture. Add apples & nuts and stir well. Bake at 325 in a 9x13" pan or a bundt pan, greased well, for 45-50 min. Serve with whipped cream if desired. This freezes well.
