Instructions: Mix sugar and apples together, let set till melted. Add egg and oil and beat well. Add dry ingredients and pour in 9-inch square loaf pan and bake at 375 degrees till done (approximately 40 minutes). Immediately cover with cooked hot sauce or topping. May be topped with a little coconut.

This cake will be real moist and wont dry out so quickly. For a big loaf pan size double the recipe.
