Hi there, Rayna in Saskatchewan Canada here. I dont know if you have ever been to Coney Island,Ebut my first trip there quite a few years ago, and from that moment on, I never got the taste sensation out of my mind! Luckily for me, I come from a long line of "Culinary Queens", so I made it my mission to reproduce the sauce. I have been to New York a number of times, and it took me years to perfect this sauce, but it I think it is as close as it gets to the real thing! Please let me know what you think ! rayna@cableregina.comEThis keeps for a few days in the fridge. Just reheat it before serving.
