Instructions: In a bowl, combine the eggs, water, milk and oil. Stir in mixes and mix well. Fill greased & floured muffin cups half full. Bake at 350 for 18-22 minutes or until muffins test done. Cook for 5 minutes. 12-14 muffins
Cooks note: This recently ran in quick cooking magazine and Ive made it at least once a month since it ran. It gets rave reviews every time I make it. Serve it with a nice butter like honey butter or maple syrup butter. I always use paper liners. Email this Recipe:
