cream liquid butter Buds or Promise with the sugars, and the Egg Beaters. Make a paste ith 2TBS liquid butter buds, cocoa and food coloring;add to the creamed mixture. Mix buttermilk with baking soda, and vanilla. Add alternately with flour to creamed mixture.. Beat 3 minutes after this is added. Bake in two 9-inch pans that have been sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray for 30 minutes at 350 F. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack for a few mintes. Frosting: combine egg whites, sugar, cream of tartar, syrup, and water in top of double boiler. Place over boiling water; beat with a rotary beater untill stiff peaks form, scraping pan occasionaly. Remove from heat. Add marshmallow cream and continue beating until it is of spreading consistency Yield 1 nine-inch cake (serves 10-12 ) Email this Recipe:
