1 tbl	Chopped cilantro
1 tsp	Salt
1 pch	Freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp	Mustard
1 tsp	Basil, marjoram or oregano
2 x	To 4 garlic cloves finely minced
2 tbl	Olive oil

Instructions:

Instructions: Put the beans in a salad bowl; combine with the rest of the ingredients.
