2 qt	Red cabbage -- cored &
	Shredded
3 whl	red onions -- sliced
3 whl	large bell peppers --
	Chopped
1 pt	Vinegar
2 cup	Sugar
1 tbl	Salt
1 tbl	Celery seed
1 tbl	Yellow mustard

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine red cabbage, onions and bell peppers in a large ceramic bowl. Bring vinegar to a boil, remove from heat, and stir in remaining ingredients.

Pour over cabbage mixture. Cover and chill overnight.
