1/4 cup olive oil
2 x garlic cloves minced
2 can baby clams - (10 oz ea) drained, and
liquid reserved
1 can whole Italian tomatoes - (28 oz) drained, chopped
2 tbl chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat the oil over medium-high heat in a medium saucepan. Add the garlic and saute for 1 to 2 minutes, or until golden. Add the reserved clam juice, the tomatoes, parsley, crushed red pepper, salt, and black pepper, bring to a boil. Add the clams and return to a boil. Remove from the heat and serve.

This recipe yields 4 1/2 cups.

Comments: Serve on about 1 pound of your favorite pasta.
