2 tbl Thinly sliced green onions (tops included)
2 tbl Red wine vinegar
1 x Clove garlic, crushed
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine allingredients; chill. Serve as dip for cooked beef, chicken, or shrimp.

Yield: about 2 cups.
