Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 med Head red cabbage
2 tbl Peanut oil
1 tsp Minced fresh ginger root
1 sm Onion, finely chopped
1 tsp Sesame seeds
Salt & freshly ground pepper to taste (cayenne if you like hot)
Instructions:
Instructions: Wash cabbage, and cut into small wedges. Heat oil in wok or large frying pan. Add ginger, onion, sesame seeds. Stir fry 2 minutes.

Add cabbage, salt and pepper, and walnuts. Toss. Continue to cook until cabbage is tender crisp. Serve hot, along or over brown rice.

Serves 2 as entree, or 4 as a side dish.
