Instructions: This is a super cool, island-style recipe to use the next time youve got the taste for a sweet, tropical grilled fish dinner. Red Lobster offers your choice of fish from the menu prepared on the grill and then slathered with a coating of this tangy citrus and ginger teriyaki glaze. To top it off, a delicious island fruit salsa is piled up on top. Pick your favorite fish and then prepare this delicious sauce and salsa before grilling for a light secret clone from Americas favorite seafood chain.

Tangy Citrus & Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 cup thick teriyaki glaze (Kikkoman)

1/3 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon fresh minced ginger

Cool Pineapple-Mango Salsa
1/2 cup diced canned pineapple
1/2 cup diced fresh mango
1/4 cup diced tomato
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
1 teaspoon diced canned jalapeno
1 teaspoon minced fresh cilantro

4 servings of the fish of your choice:

1. Prepare teriyaki sauce by combining all the ingredients in a blender until ginger is completely pureed. Chill until needed.
