1/2 cup Olive oil
1 tbl White pepper ground
1 tbl Black peppercorns crushed
1 tsp Oregano crushed
2 x Garlic cloves minced
1 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Chianti
1/2 cup Soy sauce
1/2 cup Cider vinegar
4 tbl Honey
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix well. Pour over meat cover and refrigerate for 6-24 hours. Use as a basting sauce also.
