Instructions: In a medium frypan, heat oil. Add onion and saute over medium-high heat until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Toward the end of the cooking time, add sugar, mixing well.
In a medium bowl, beat eggs well; add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the hot onion. Cook about 30 seconds; turn omelet over and continue cooking until egg mixture is set but not dry, about 30 to 60 seconds. Transfer to a hot plate, roll omelet jelly-roll style or fold in half, and serve hot or at room temperature. Email this Recipe:
