Instructions: Place chickpeas in food processor and chop finely (until almost mashed).
Add red peppers and garlic. Process on/off until combined but not completely pureed. Add feta cheese, hot pepper sauce and pepper and process on/off until evenly distributed. Taste and season with salt. NOTES : There are many variations of Hummos. This delicious version makes about 2 cups.
