Instructions: Cut the peppers in half lengthways remove the seeds and discard them.
Place the peppers skin side up in a roasting tin and bake them for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C/400 degrees F/Gas 6 until tender and slightly collapsed. Turn the peppers over so that the cut sides are uppermost. Crush the garlic and mix with the breaderumbs and Parmesan cheese and garlic crumbs and divide the mixture between the pepper halves. Drizzle with olive oil and return to the oven until the cheese has melted and begins to brown. Five minutes before removing from the oven scatter the capers over and return to the oven.
