Instructions: Place potatoes, onion and garlic on two pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil, about 12x12-inches; top with rosemary, salt, pepper and cheese. Drizzle with oil. Fold foil in half diagonally; tightly seal edges of foil and shape each packet into a semicircle. Grill, covered, over medium coals for 40-45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Open foil carefully to allow steam to escape.
