150 gm Original camargue red rice
2 x Chillies, finely sliced
2 x Mini pitta breads, finely chopped
3 tbl Olive oil
1 x Handful radish leaves, rinsed and roughly chopped
1 x Lime
1 x Lemon
Instructions:
Instructions: 1 Fill a third of a pressure cooker with boiling water. Pour in the rice and cook on full for 15-18 minutes.

2 When the red button pops up on the pressure cooker, release the steam.

Drain the rice and mix it in a bowl with the chillies and pitta bread.

3 Add the olive oil, radish leaves and the zest and juice of the lemon and lime. Season to taste.
