Freshly grated nutmeg
1/2 tsp Grated orange rind
1 tsp Grated grapefruit rind or
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F.

Put the fillets in a lightly
buttered baking dish. Sprinkle them lightly with salt and pepper and nutmeg and distribute the grated rinds on top. Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes.
