Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 lb red snapper steaks, or other fish steaks
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained (4 oz.)
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup catsup
2 tbl butter or margarine, melted
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
Thaw frozen steaks.
Instructions:
Instructions: Place in a greased baking dish, 12x8x2 inches.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Combine remaining ingredients and spread over top of fish.

Bake in a moderate oven, 350 degrees, for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
