Instructions: Arrange the fish fillets in a microwave-safe dish, and cover with plastic wrap. Mix together the rest of the ingredients and pour over the fish.
Microwave on HIGH for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn the dish, then cook on HIGH for 4 to 5 more minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Top the fish with a little grated Romano cheese, if you wish, and garnish with lemon wedges and sprigs of parsley SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve with rice and a salad of endive and curly lettuce.
