Heat butter and oil in a copper skillet over medium heat. Lightly coat the fillets with flour, place in skillet and sprinkle with white wine. In a sauce pan heat butter and garlic powder over a low flame. Add almonds, mix and set aside. Cook fillets over medium flame for two minutes on each side until brown. When done, place the fillets on a plate with rasberry cassis and sprinkle almonds on top. Place fillets under a broiler for a few seconds. Decorate with mandarin oranges and raspberries.
