1/2 cup	Sugar
2 x	Eggs
1/2 cup	Cake flour
1/2 cup	Cooking oil
1 cup	Buttermilk
1 tsp	Vanilla
1 tsp	Soda
1 tsp	Vinegar
1 x	Red (5/8 oz.) food coloring
	----------------- ICING ----------------
1 box	powdered sugar
1 pkt	(8 oz) cream cheese

Instructions:

Instructions: Beat eggs, Sugar, oil and vinegar together. Sift cake flour and soda together-aid to mixture. Add milk slowly. Add flavoring and food coloring.

Bake 25 min. at 350.

MAKES 3 LAYERS.

ICING: Allow cheese and butter to soften,, Cream sugar, cheese and butter together. Spread on cool cake.
