3 cup Dry red wine
4 sprg fresh rosemary
4 sprg fresh thyme
2 x Bay leaves
1 sm Onion, coarsely chopped
4 x Cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
3 tbl Olive oil
1 x Flank steak, (2 pound)
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Place the wine, rosemary, bay leaves, thyme, onion, garlic, and olive oil in a large shallow baking dish and stir to combine.

2. Add the steak and turn to coat both sides.

3. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

4. Heat the grill, remove the meat from the marinade, season on both sides with salt and pepper and grill 6-7 minutes on each side.

5. Let sit 5 minutes and slice against the grain.
