1 tbl	Lemon Juice
1 tbl	Red Wine Vinegar
1 tbl	Red Wine
2 tbl	Olive Oil
1 tsp	Water
1/4 tsp	Salt
1/8 tsp	Freshly Ground Pepper
1/2 tsp	Dry Mustard
1/2 tsp	Dijon Mustard
1 tsp	Dried Basil
1 sm	Clove Garlic Finely Minced
1 slc	Onion Minced

Instructions:

Instructions: Red wine softens the sharpness of vinegar and lends a richness to this dressing.

Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl, or combine in a glass jar, cover and shake well.

Yields: 1/2 C (8 Tbsp)

Per Tablespoon:
This has a very nice flavor.

NOTES : This was very good!! Sure doesnt take much for a nice "kick" on a salad... can also use it to spread on chicken.
