Ingredients:

1/4 cup Finely chopped onion
1/4 cup Finely chopped fresh oregano or 2 tsp. dry
6 x Cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 cup Dry red wine
3 tbl Soy sauce
1 tbl Extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions:
Instructions: In blender container, combine all ingredients; blend well. Pour mixture over lamb chops, beef steak, or lamb or beef cubes for kabobs. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to marinate.

Makes 3/4 cup-enough for 4
servings of meat.
