Ingredients:

5 lb potatoes (9 large)
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 tsp salt
2 x (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp onion salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook peeled potatoes in boiling salted water until tender; drain. Mash until smooth (no lumps). Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy. Cool. Cover and place in refrigerator.

To use, place desired amount in greased casserole; dot with butter and bake in 350 degree oven until heated through - about 30 minutes.

This recipe will keep up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator. It is very delicious, tastes similar to baked potato.

Makes about 12 servings. You
can even freeze in serving portions of desired size and thaw and bake as above.
