Instructions: Combine corn syrup, sugar and water; cook to soft ball stage (236 degrees).
Remove from heat; add chocolate squares and stir until chocolate melts. Add vanilla. Slowly add evaporated milk; mix thoroughly. Cool. This should be heated In a jar in hot water for hot fudge sundaes. Makes 3 1/2 cups sauce. Email this Recipe:
