Instructions: Combine oil, lemon juice, cheese, oregano, 2 teaspoons salt and 1 teaspoon pepper. Beat well. Pour over chicken halves. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Combine remaining ingredients, except butter. Remove chicken from marinade; roll in flour mixture. Saute chicken in butter until brown.
Place chicken in center of a double thick square of aluminum foil. Bring up sides and ends; fold tightly. Place on baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour. Email this Recipe:
