Amount Ingredient
1/2 cup Garbanzo Beans soaked overnite
1/2 cup Lima Beans soaked overnite
1/2 cup White Beans soaked overnight
(small Navy)
1/2 cup Millet Cooked
1/2 cup Barley
1 tbl Fresh Rosemary to taste
1 tbl Fresh Thyme to taste
1 tsp Fresh Oregano to taste
1 tsp Fresh Sage to taste
1 tbl Nutritional Yeast
Instructions:
Instructions: Add all ingredients to crockpot and turn on. I add salt to it as it is served not during the cooking process.
