Instructions: Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until well heated; do not boil. Stir in vanilla. Spread oats in a lightly greased 15x10" jelly-roll pan. Pour peanut butter mixture over oats; stir to coat evenly. Bake at 300 for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in peanuts; Turn oven off; cool in oven 1-1/2 hours with doors closed, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven; add raisins.
